Austin police are currently investigating a fatal hit-and-run car accident that happened around 10 p.m. Friday.The wreck happened near Decker Lane, in the 9100 block of FM 969. Police currently believe that a motorcyclist and a four-door Buick collided, with the Buick fleeing the scene of the accident. The driver of the motorcycle was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge, where he died. No other details concerning the fatal wreck are known at this time.
